I like the way I get salary on time and shift timings yes there were times I was happy with work and was happy with manager later on it turned into bad dream

Dislikes

There are so many. They dd support me to give WFH even if am getting married and I gilot divorced and ky husband has torchured me beat me in 1 month of marriage due to which I couldn't able to focus on work I missed all the updates in 3 mnths, I was going thru trauma and in this situation my manager torchured me every 15 days saying that she will keep me in PIP.. Which was like black mailing and finally she kept me and I couldn't poke up my work.. She use to mail me y dd u long break y do u want leaves and finally d came I got terminated all of a sudden in one day.. Jp Morgan was my dream and my goal company but unfortunately left company like this and I don't like there is no job security for girls.. Before me there was girl named babitha was terminated same with PIP.. I donno never a boy terminated from my process. No one will take this responsibility of this tremination. It goes till ages.. I don't want this remark on jp Morgan due to few persons in offc.. Please remove this termination process from jp so that future coming girls would be safe and secure with job. And wfh they never use to give it to candidates who are low perfomers. They usent behave good with low performers please suffle managers with in sanctions and pep streams.. Thet are like horrible. Yes I do believe that I was not up to the mark bcze I dd go thrubso many issues in life forcible marriage. Then failure of marriage then divorce and the this low performance and more breaks and leaves but how come an employee serve without support.. At least they should have changed the stream of low perfomers.. I donno this confidental data will remain how much confidential and no action will be taken.. Please jo Morgan finally I request u to remove this pip termination.. Once I don't have home to stay so stayed with my frnds home at this point of time jp ddnt support me and everyone knows my issue its not that am lying.. Anyways.. Thank u for whatever jp has given me some good and sweet memories..

Salary and compensation is a little on the downside in comparison to the peers.

Salary is decent compared to industry average. Also, You don’t need to worry about the job security unless you are really bad. Work life balance depends on which line of business and what team are you working.

Dislikes

Promotions are too slow compared to your peers in US or UK. A person will stay as an Analyst or Associate for years and your peer will become a Vice President or even an Executive Director within the same timelines. Your promotions are hardly based on your performance and mostly based on how much good relationship you have with your manager and how much the management has endorsed you as a brand.

Company is good. It has good policies for their employees. Providing decent salary, good bonus and other great perquisites. Employees transportation and insurance cost is borne by the company and not charged from employees. Every employee is covered not just under medical insurance but under term life insurance also.

Dislikes

1. No leave encashment policy. Balance leaves will be encashed only if you are leaving the company. 2. With respect to work life balance this company is not too good. 3. This company is not an HR oriented company. Meaning it is little bit difficult to approach HR. I am not much aware of whether HR is taking any sessions or interacting with operations employees to know the working situation.

...micro management & employees are constantly poked and nagged until they give up. The mangers needs ego massaging and think that they are paying for their employees salary or if their pocket. The worst kind of people with no humanly etiquettes are found here. DO NOT JOIN J P MORGAN #WORST COMPANY
