Salary increment, promotion and bonus depends on your & your project visibility to higher management and how your manager present your efforts to higher manager. Your new tech stack/ certifications may not be useful as most of the applications are legacy.

Salary and Bonus is good point. Job Security is better compared to other IT companies

Dislikes

No Work life Banlance. Only Work you have to do. If you get bad manager then he will get out all juice you have as they are paying you. If Expecting promotion then you need to work your normal work 12 hrs, take additional work within team, Also need to take task on Ex Directive level. Meaning you need to work 24 hrs all saturday sundays to get Promotion. I have seen others doing it and same thing was expected from me.

Very inclusive workplace. People are professional and the pay is decent (but not top tier).

Dislikes

Hybrid. Everything could be done better at home as most people just spend their time in-office on zoom calls with other countries.

The work culture is very good , there are events organized to value the employees, they have free pickup/drop facilities which is quite good and also the cafeteria/work environment is also quite good which makes it a wonderful place to be at.

Dislikes

Appraisal can be a bit dissapointing but that is complensated with a good bonus.

It's a great brand with good hike and bonus.

Dislikes

Some managers are too aggressive towards work. They expect you to be expert if you are doing some work 2nd time. They expect everything to be done in the way they expect, if you do something in ur way it's wrong for them
