...provided most of the equipment i need to work comfortably and supported all the employees with the extra covid bonus which was good and there was no salary cuts.

Company policy towards FADP and B-school hiered is something which needs to be changed the employees who are hired from other companies should be given more opportunities to grow and salary structure is also different for people who are hired from other companies

...perience with jp morgan. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good, they give good salary hike.

Bad thing is i disconnect with the job because it is contract.

Job security is good. Company provides benefits & compensation for the current situation. They give good bonus every year

There is lot of politics in the management. Salary is good but career growth is slow.

They use to make people work for 14 to 15 hours every day and never pay for overtime. No proper compensation for the hard work. Now I heard they pay for over time. But managers are not ready to approve overtime. They force people to update less time in the production tracker tool. So you will never recieve over time pay properly. This company make a lot of profit but they never share that with there employees. Not a great company to work for. You will never have peace of mind. My manager was a horrible one.

It's excellent organisation . I had enjoyed with jpmc .work life balance is supperb . I was lucky enough to work with latest and greatest tech stack in the firm .

Nothing as such .it just pay and compensation is not so great as per current market.
