...re in the name of process, you have to wait for approval which delays your work. People stay in Jp Morgan just for the sake of yearly bonus. Very little scope for professional and self growth. Everyone works mechanically and lack imagination and innovative thinking.

Well from my line of business the pay isnt that great but it isnt mediocre either. I would say you will be pleased. And that is the only con as of now

Good Work Culture Work Life Balance is Good Joining Package is good You have the freedom to express your views and provide your input Works on latest tech. Very active on picking up latest tech to the project.

-Hike are average -Employees who are not working good or are too bad both in personality as well as professionality are given way too much leniency which makes it very tough for other employees who are trying to do good for the project. -Office politics are fairly visible from the onshore US teams.

Even company doesnot bother to fix the issues rather want employee to suffer
