Even operator do mistake by knowingly then it is GET Fault No support from management's and seniors Basic facility toilet not clean even toilet have not gate. Totally running bhagwan bharose

Jpm is only good for tarinee engineers, They adopts Latest machine of die casting.

Dislikes

H.R. are very poor, the culture of working is very poor,The work pressure is very high. There is no on job training, managers do not corporat, no growth in sallery yearly and no promotion as per skill and year wise.
