Budget 2025 was a bummer!

I am earning 13.5 lpa and appraisal would be around 8-9% this year...so next fiscal year I would be earning around 14.6. it is kind of disappointing to see how a person who earns less than me gets more money in hand and it would take me almost two more years and appraisals to get that money in hand.
