...gement is transparent .There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address aur issue . Salary is decent but carrer growth is slow .There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joined.

Apprenticeship = helper You wont learn any bit thing or we can say the wont allow you to learn... you'll be abuse for every work. Working life is like donkey hard work.. toxic behaviour.

The company will provide uniform, stale food, mobile % allowance,safety shoe,and birthday celebration by cutting cakes on your cost.

Dislikes

Sycophancy, Poor Management , self conceited MD who will do nothing but get credit of entire company starting from peon to managers to showcase German officers.
