It’s a creative agency and there is a freedom to work on any Client and on any project.

Dislikes

It’s a proprietor driven agency therefore the system is missing. There is no internal job allocation system due to which there is always work pressure. So sometimes you don’t get enough time to craft idea well. Less people and more number of jobs to finish. Also I feel there is a lack of vision and directions about agency growth, where the agency is heading.
