Zero growth. No future and and even present situation is very bad. AVOID AT ALL COST

Job security is low. You have to be a favourite. Didn't get paid for the month of April and May. Work resumed in the last week of August. Half salary is being paid.

Dislikes

Lack of team spirit. Absence of unity. Zero appreciation.

My work profile includes creating communication concepts, writing copy for print ads, digital media and scripts.

It’s a creative agency and there is a freedom to work on any Client and on any project.

Dislikes

It’s a proprietor driven agency therefore the system is missing. There is no internal job allocation system due to which there is always work pressure. So sometimes you don’t get enough time to craft idea well. Less people and more number of jobs to finish. Also I feel there is a lack of vision and directions about agency growth, where the agency is heading.

It is close to the railway station. You won't waste time heading home after you quit.

Dislikes

It is a place best avoided in normal circumstances and in all sanity.

Work Details

The environment is demotivating and depressing. Leaders (if at all they can be called that) are very regressive in their thinking and policies. They are not only power hungry but also like to keep employees on a tight lease by way of salary/leave dedu

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
