There is no such thing that could be liked about JTG. If I still need to point out any good thing about the company is that the average age in the company is quite young which itself is a double edged sword. If you have an offer equal to what JTG is offering or even if it less than what JTG is offering, it's much better to take that.

...JTG. Let me put that in points as follows: 1. CEO is expert at gaslighting. 2. No work life balance, expects us to work at saturdays without pay, take interviews for 6 hrs without pay. Expects us to work for minimum 9-10 hrs daily excluding lunch breaks. Force us to log our time even if we discuss something with a colleague for 5 mins as well. 3. Too much micromanagement. 4. Appraisals are never on time, they take at least 7 months to process appraisals, and if you left in between that, then they won't give you appraisal. 5. Twist company policies according to their needs. 6. Follows a lot of unethical practices. Recently a person got promoted, gave them a verbal confirmation, gave that person good rating as well. After few days, the person resigned, then they reversed the decision of him promoting and also decided to not give him good rating with no explanation, just because they don't have to give him appraisal. 7. No job security, they can lay off folks on the name of performance issues but everyone knows that it was a lay off. 8. Seniors who are still in this company have become so comfortable that they don't want to do anything about the situation. 9. The furniture of the office is bad as well. Apart from that they will literally cry if someone wants to fix anything on their laptop, change their laptop. They will ensure to give you the worst possible machines for development and apart from that if you ask them if we can have a mouse/external keyboard/monitor, their reply will be to bring our own. 10. Office politics is at peak. Will only promote folks which has a good bonding with senior and manager regardless of their work. 11. No parking space to park your car.

...ork-life balance. Growth becomes stagnant after some time. A lot of favouritism. Weekends working without compensation are a solution to most of the problems here.

- colleagues are helpful in most of the projects except their own product has the largest workforce. - good learning initial learning curve (but only for initial 1 year or internship period).

... CTC, No job security, No work-life balance, Toxic environment, Micromanagement. - Inflated CTC: the actual salary and monetary benefits are much lesser than CTC because of ESOPs, one-time bonus (that you have to return on switch), and very less salary hikes. please consider there things on comparing other offers. - No job security: their business model is to hire interns at very low stipend and then fire you after 1 year of full-time employment as they can't digest full-time employees and want interns instead. - They fire people with tactics, proper planning, and spreading rumors against you to prevent a negative image. - No work-life balance. - They made even Saturdays working for their own product team without any prior notice or agreement. - Toxic environment, no appreciation for good work, and your life is going to be hell if they ask you to join their own product team.
