Nothing. Company can reach to the Best level only if they tc of the employee's. Worst work culture.

Salary date is 10th. Lots of issues in the work process. Lots of changes in the employee's. No process of systematic work. No work culture ,no work ethics. In time 9.30, while leaving its always late. Management is worst.

1.People who Bootlick and people who are close to the management gets more Hike. 2.Only one day off per week, Sometimes Employees are asked to come on festivals. 3.Employees work efficiency is calculated with punctuality not with their actual work. 4.No benefits for staff. No PF, No medical leave only 1 paid leave per month and 1 permission per month. 5.People who pretend to work are highly paid and people who actually work are paid less 6.No proper rules, management change its rules frequently.

Friendly team (only males) . Other than few ladies staff all other think they are Miss World and Smartest in the world

Sales team hardwork is never recognised. The CRM:collection and recovery madams are always acknowledged. Very poor incentives.Not paid for the no.of sale done. Managment looting employees hardwork. If we ask any doubts regrding incentive given,we will be blacklisted. A small fello with no proper sales experience is sitting at head level and experience sales persons working there are not even considered. Director always watching camera.seems mike also there and he keeps hearing us.worst behavior. If u don't want any growth in life and ready for insult,can work here

MD is good hearted and he will give respect to women's

Dislikes

Family persons are sitting in management level so others will not feel good. Cabin fully surrounded by camera and MD son will watching and giving the instructions in working hours.
