Team and colleagues working here are supportive and friendly

Dislikes

Management doesnt even respect the employees and don't even care for them.no proper communication or response for any issues.No compensation or benefits.terrible

As said good team and great learning.But need more support or atleast understanding from the top level.Also timing from 9.30 to 7pm is the worst timings ever seen in Real estate

Nothing. Company can reach to the Best level only if they tc of the employee's. Worst work culture.

Dislikes

Salary date is 10th. Lots of issues in the work process. Lots of changes in the employee's. No process of systematic work. No work culture ,no work ethics. In time 9.30, while leaving its always late. Management is worst.

I loved my work.but I hate the management, system of work. They still believe in paper work. No software or Erp.
