Nothing. Company can reach to the Best level only if they tc of the employee's. Worst work culture.

Salary date is 10th. Lots of issues in the work process. Lots of changes in the employee's. No process of systematic work. No work culture ,no work ethics. In time 9.30, while leaving its always late. Management is worst.

1.People who Bootlick and people who are close to the management gets more Hike. 2.Only one day off per week, Sometimes Employees are asked to come on festivals. 3.Employees work efficiency is calculated with punctuality not with their actual work. 4.No benefits for staff. No PF, No medical leave only 1 paid leave per month and 1 permission per month. 5.People who pretend to work are highly paid and people who actually work are paid less 6.No proper rules, management change its rules frequently.

MD is good hearted and he will give respect to women's

Family persons are sitting in management level so others will not feel good. Cabin fully surrounded by camera and MD son will watching and giving the instructions in working hours.

Whoever stated the comments and said about the company was 100 percent perfect top management cares only their people if any lady joins and without any knowledge and if they go and complain md for attain personal benefits they will terminate the employee and ipegive 5000 hike immediately for gossiping this s the way company is running md son will not take negative criticism and give proper incentive also if u ask him he will be touched by his ego and sack u out rent believe any ladies especially all have big pot lifting for md son to attain personal growth whoever knows nothing they will be places in crm as executive to just sit eat and enjoy without 0 technical knowledge or knowing what is the full meaning of crm bad company don't join if u want to have growth and u want to grow.
