...can fire anytime. Didn't even consider Covid like pandemic to support employees. No tax benefit components in salary. Don't allow employees to take leaves even after having no leaves carry forward policy. Don't get paid for the balance leaves in F&F. Micro manage everything.

The only thing positive about being admin in jombay was my house was very near l.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but for admin profile to be specific there is no life and no respect. Expectations are way high than what u get paid. You are reviewed not according to your performance in office hour but what u have not done post office hours - like call not answered at 12.30 am is marked as poor performance..

Where do we start? The fact that they make you travel to another city for an interview that you dont even know if you;ve cleared. Seems to be a very demanding organization. Run by 2 founders who fancy themselves as industry leading ted X talker types. Very strange working culture and pattern. I would not recommend you work here!

Constantly facing challenges to grow, being able to be busy with some work or other rather than sitting idle.

Dislikes

Not flexible, cameras need to be kept on, back to back meetings, no rest in between too much workload and stress that affects physically and mentally
