1. They will start demotivating others by comapring with others. 2. Work will be assigned based on the salary given to the individual. 3. We need to struggle to take our leaves, they want to know complete reason with proof. Thats really disgusting. 4. Its not at all good company for Women. They are not allowed to take leaves during their mensuration period. Women should think many times before joining this company
