Lots of things may be be it's ops , work life balance, internal growth, compensation benefits, annual bonus. Hardwork never been appreciated, if you have a good bond with your team then only you would be a star

There is team called ccure backend team held in Blore, they are developing arrow. perhaps the cruel team i ever worked. they hire people and fire for fun. they protect their tyco employes even though they lack knowledge and the information will not be shared with the new joiners and the new joiners are tortured in a way they will leave or fire them by humiliating them in the meetings. HR is a useless guy and dont join this company.

There nothing like HR in the company everyday policies get changed without any information and management is always looking for cost cutting. Long shifts even in non close which will effect your work life balance

Since November 2024 I have hardly spent any Saturday Calming. •Higher Management bends and Breaks Rules and Regulations according to their own Will. Issues Heavy Work at the end of the Day. •Unclear Instructions provided to Work on tasks. •I witnessed a Employee working in JCI for Past 13 years getting fired on the spot (Literally on the spot)
