Salary is the only factor to like about this organisation

Management is partial, favouring to favourite is in the veins of Gurgaon business centre. No matter how much shortage of employees the work life balance is worst ever i have seen here, unnecessary stretching shifts, unnecessary dual work, no proper planing, keep on trying hut and trial methods. Managers who are from different backgrounds are aligned to processes they never worked, even 0% knowledge of process but they are leading by their own ways, they even don’t know how to process ad how process runs but they want numbers and production to shine their image in front of upper management they don’t even care how team member are suffering. Management is saying IJP is the only way to promote and growth but most of the teams still having the promotions in the same teams because of ugly politics and favouring management. If you ever try to speak or register feedback about management then word to word are copied or conveyed to the same manager against whom you register feedback or complaint with your name and now they will target you. If you are thinking it’s captive unit then don’t join because the management turned it into a Lala company where you will do the work according to manager way not the organisation setup. WFH policies differ from team to team they varies according to process and for employees not for managers because they are not employees

Good learning skill and grow your knowledge in different domain. Good compensation & Benefits towards work and company policy .

Transportation facility not available and need to do flexibility for work from home.

Good work environment and supportive team. Company policies are good. Salary hike is fair and we get OAIP every year. Training in place for individuals and team for there respective job profile

...ut mainly management, poor HR department, lack of integrity and poor appraisals. Not so good worklofe balance you will work twice with only half the salary, now work is not an issue as long as your are fairly compensated. No personal or career development.

There is nothing best about JCI , during my tenure I already found the pathetic work culture, full of politics and no work life balance

Dislikes

Lots of things may be be it's ops , work life balance, internal growth, compensation benefits, annual bonus. Hardwork never been appreciated, if you have a good bond with your team then only you would be a star
