... management, they drive their agenda without considering its impact on emplyees Annual Bonus is one of Fraud mentioned in CTC, they don't even give 100% which is written on offer letter

The food compensation. Company provides employees 1200 per month for food card apart from salary.

Dislikes

The management people is not supportive at all only they want work and nothing else. They don't push employee for growth but only saying that will support to employee for go ahead and growth but practically there nothing.

...acked with in 15 minuite. Company is good, but management team is very very bad. They show profit by reducing salary cost to APAC region. Not by increasing revenue.

No job security. Terminating employees without any hint & with immediate effect. India Management is showing cost saving by removing staff (salary cost) to APAC and not by increasing the revenue. They least bothers on employees family while removing.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues,salary is decent but career growth is very slow. Selected person has only taken growth. Management never understand ground level people problem because head of department good relationship with management. If any query found realted senior management but when punishment happen in bottam level not senior person.
