1. They will start demotivating others by comapring with others. 2. Work will be assigned based on the salary given to the individual. 3. We need to struggle to take our leaves, they want to know complete reason with proof. Thats really disgusting. 4. Its not at all good company for Women. They are not allowed to take leaves during their mensuration period. Women should think many times before joining this company

OLS opportunities Good company if it’s your first Job Work culture directly depends on who is your manager.

Poor salary Working hours Gap between top management & mid management which will impact your carrier goals. Mid management - promoted based on work experience thus do not manage scientifically though they decide based on what they like thus biased.

I liked the field work with US clients due to all the policies adopted by Johnson controls. Training and upskilling opportunities are great everywhere. If you have ideas, Johnson Controls will provide you a platform for sure.

Dislikes

The Managers in India need to be more empathetic. Salary and Compensation are unsustainable. Change fatigue comes evidently as the technology is being revised/changed every 6 months. You are also supposed to give your personal time for training for all these advances.

Everything. Pathetic work culture. Everywhere Favoritism is present. No Job Security. Company don't care about employees. Company will fire people without any reason. They do not value your performance. Think before you join this company.
