-Focus on only revenue not technology or development. - 80% of people working for moving boxes or tracking it = Getting revenue - Not much to learn, stagnation beyond point - Low value addition of employees. Most of them just play Mail mail. - Inefficiency in working style/ difficult to change. - People unable to change or adopt better practices - Low motivation. - Management has to push to get some results.

Johnson controls gave me an opportunity when was no longer willing to try me out as i didn't have relevant experience. The work and the team is amazing. The culture of the company is to help one another.

The pay and remuneration and hike could have been better.

•Late Working Hours due to over burdening of Work. •Saturday Working despite being a Holiday. Since November 2024 I have hardly spent any Saturday Calming. •Higher Management bends and Breaks Rules and Regulations according to their own Will. Issues Heavy Work at the end of the Day. •Unclear Instructions provided to Work on tasks. •I witnessed a Employee working in JCI for Past 13 years getting fired on the spot (Literally on the spot)
