There is team called ccure backend team held in Blore, they are developing arrow. perhaps the cruel team i ever worked. they hire people and fire for fun. they protect their tyco employes even though they lack knowledge and the information will not be shared with the new joiners and the new joiners are tortured in a way they will leave or fire them by humiliating them in the meetings. HR is a useless guy and dont join this company.

Good working environment and culture, managment is also good and helping. Organization policy is also very good .

...s work and taking a standing job also make pressure to do the other site work. Salary is not paid timely sometimes delayed by 2 and 3 months.

•Late Working Hours due to over burdening of Work. •Saturday Working despite being a Holiday. Since November 2024 I have hardly spent any Saturday Calming. •Higher Management bends and Breaks Rules and Regulations according to their own Will. Issues Heavy Work at the end of the Day. •Unclear Instructions provided to Work on tasks. •I witnessed a Employee working in JCI for Past 13 years getting fired on the spot (Literally on the spot)
