1. They will start demotivating others by comapring with others. 2. Work will be assigned based on the salary given to the individual. 3. We need to struggle to take our leaves, they want to know complete reason with proof. Thats really disgusting. 4. Its not at all good company for Women. There is team called ccure backend team held in Blore, they are developing arrow. perhaps the cruel team i ever worked. they hire people and fire for fun. they protect their tyco employes even though they lack knowledge and the information will not be shared with the new joiners and the new joiners are tortured in a way they will leave or fire them by humiliating them in the meetings. HR is a useless guy and dont join this company.
