Lots of things may be be it's ops , work life balance, internal growth, compensation benefits, annual bonus. Hardwork never been appreciated, if you have a good bond with your team then only you would be a star

There nothing like HR in the company everyday policies get changed without any information and management is always looking for cost cutting. Long shifts even in non close which will effect your work life balance

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues,salary is decent but career growth is very slow. Selected person has only taken growth. Management never understand ground level people problem because head of department good relationship with management. If any query found realted senior management but when punishment happen in bottam level not senior person.

•Late Working Hours due to over burdening of Work. •Saturday Working despite being a Holiday. Since November 2024 I have hardly spent any Saturday Calming. •Higher Management bends and Breaks Rules and Regulations according to their own Will. Issues Heavy Work at the end of the Day. •Unclear Instructions provided to Work on tasks. •I witnessed a Employee working in JCI for Past 13 years getting fired on the spot (Literally on the spot)
