J&J is a great company but the Bangalore hub one is worse. Management is very toxic. They do favouritism openly. They don’t see the talents. They give more importance to people who disciple them.

The company is very dynamic and open for challenging statuesque. It always strives to give high-quality products to its customers. I acknowledge proudly for working in the 'Best Place to Work' award winning company for many years, that it respects all individuals be it internal or external with respect and dignity. Company is very open for discussion and suggestions from the employees and gives award for the same. I appreciate its excellent work culture and caring the employees in their needs. It gives career growth opportunities and gives hand holding help till the employee is confidently takes up the position. Periodic training to the employees keep them updated in the skills & Technics and also encourages external training also. I also like the employee re-hire policy of the company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. High expectation leeds to high work pressure leading to work for more hours or work from home to keep the space. It might affect work life balance some times which one should face when situation demands. Most of the time it happens on-job training to the freshers since there are no formal induction training etc. this leeds to dependency on Managers and superiors.

It's a company which has complete different vibe from other company. Good working environment and superiors who work along side with us. This company can improve your personal skills and character development is good.

...lance. Difficult to get personal time while working. No permanent working hours. And because salary is according to performance,If you aren't hardworking and determined it will be difficult for you to get a good salary.

The culture set by Johnson and Johnson in US is completely different from which is being followed in India. In India you are just made to follow the same for namesake, for everything else, you need to have a godfather to promote you, save you and safeguard you. The company policies are simply superb, you need to be fortunate enough to get into this company but the management in India is totally biased to those who treat them as godfather. if you speak or write the truth, either you are being thrown out of the company or you are being made a scapegoat in that issue.

...HO - mumbai - you are secured, if not only god can provide you that security. # Salary and other compensation are best in the industry but there is discrimination across the division on the same. # Politics - you can chose some best of the politicians from the HO.. # Whichever policies JnJ global initiated is truly the best in the industry, no one can even think of that. you get the encouragement to give your 100% for the company. but the way management & HR ,in India are going to treat you is something different. Talent goes for a haywire if you need to get promoted or switch on to some other division, your first criteria is supposed to have a godfather or godmother in HO.
