There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.And here every time the manager has to say Sir.

...xtremely slow; You could be at a grade for 10+ years even after performing well. The norms for salary revisions during employee ratings keep changing every year. It is very easy to be lost in their hierarchy.
