Owners are too old to understand that they are trapped by senior managment and unknowingly they have lost controll over the company.

...company you will soon realise that you have made biggest mistake of your career. They promise so muchh at the time of joining but they will deduct almost 20 percent of your salary every month without proper explanation. HR department does not know how HR should function. HR head chew guthka all day while sitting his cabin. You may understand what kind of people you have to deal with. Company is a contract manufacturere and does not have its brand and therefore no chances of growth. I would caution before anybody join this organisation. You may destroy your whole career.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

...ain knowledge and learn new technologies and come back to join the same company. They provide high bonus on the basis of best performance and inputs given by individuals. Overall a good healthy environment.

Johari Digital Healthcare Ltd is not only a company i feel like a family. And no one can dislike their own family. If anything you won't like it that might be molding you it into a new better person.

Worst company ever. No good work culture and no salary benefits. HR behaviour is not good for employees. They treat like a labourer. Most important thing is no job security.
