The timings are not strict. Not much of micro-management. Located at the centre of the city. There are few extremely talented people in the top level management/ managers.

Dislikes

No proper training, not even for freshers. Salary is credited on 5th of every month. Sometimes it can be the 7th. No proper workload management. The experienced emp gets lot of work and the fresher won't get any work to do. You resign and you are treated differently. The appraisal won't be done on time. It will be given somewhere around June. No fun at all...like none. Only few people will get yearly bonus.

Its depends on the client mostly which makes pressure on team to deliver soon , people are hardworking here , most of will help if you stuck somewhere

Dislikes

When expectations are high i dont like the behaviour Because KT is poor and they are expecting us to work like earlier employee which is not good

Lot of scope to learn on the latest technologies space related to fintech.

Dislikes

Work culture is not so inspiring as due to Local language preferences and people tend to not open up so quickly and wants to work as per comfort and local language medium

No job security (sudden layoffs with lame reasons) No scope of learning for freshers Project Managers does nothing but updating the top management i.e, literally empty vessels but paid in lacs

There are activity-related sports and all rest nothing here to be liked.

Dislikes

If I start writing all the things it will take so much time but I would say managers don't have knowledge about the project, they keep scolding you for silly reasons. Even after working for 1.7 years, they lay off without prior notice that the worst part.
