I dislike pandemic as because of this we are not able to meet but still management is ensuring timely training via Zoom calls also handholding via concalls and WhatsApp.

...s family also. He keep flirting with them and he is having a team of girls only. Coming towards Salary.. just forget about it, there is no word like salary in his dictionary. What they people do is, they hire freshers because they don't know anything and make them work whole day like nothing and don't give salary.. He deleted his Google page also because rating was somewhere around 1.5. I don't know why they people giving this company 4.. may be it's fake. I'm telling you he is a fake person.. when i asked him for my salary he said I'm in mumbai my wife is about to die but she was fine. He tells the same story to everyone.

Pranay sir will open his mouth when he wants to abuse us and he doesn't give any responses for the team queries, at the end i observed that he totally abuses the total team and their hard work in his playing of plan, It won't be work with all the people.

Nothing they just say everything before taking your money waste of money they will scam you avoid there franchise waste of money you will lost your money for sure

None whatsoever. I really gave them 6-7 weeks of time to make it work but they are simply not worth associating with.

They have no established processes that have proven to work (although they claim it works). There's no transparency - other franchises will allow you to deal directly with the client, but these guys won't let you anywhere near the client in the name of "training" - which raises some massive alarm bells. No matter how hard you work, it's not good enough - not because you are doing anything wrong, but because they are using you to make money and finding excuses to not to pay you by undermining everything you do. There's no team - there's just 2 people really. 1) Ashwith Shetty - this guy lures in unsuspecting victims into the franchise trap 2) Pranay Singh - comes in for the kill - if you want to feel worthless and be put down for just being someone who is associated with JobJabs - this is your man. I have never met someone who is so conflicted and unclear and yet blames others all the time. In summary - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
