...him, got good feedback about their work to boss. Even if they are not working. These staffs also get more increment and 100 percent bonus. While others who really works hard and honestly, gets nothing. Actually they were misreported that they are not working honestly and misusing office.

Company is superb giving good competitive salary and over time but Noida project manager doesn't having sense and manner how to talk to employees always demotivate new employees like arrogant person, every thing is good top indian management.

If you want more money then you can choose this office. They will provide you over time pay also

Dislikes

If you want peace ful work then this is not the place for you because you have to work minimum of 11 to 12 hrs per day. They will force you to come week ends and company holidays also.
