No career growth, No work life balance, No hikes since last 3 years and No bonus, No reviews, AC will not work at all they will provide fan for a floor. Sometimes they will not be water in the washrooms.No WFH opportunity. They will say they are lot of onsite opportunites and hire, after 6 months they say that the project is not coming and fire the employees.

... included in your CTC. Salary hike happens once in two years, which is max 10%. Variable Pay- please don't even thing of it. I worked there for 1 year 9 months but did not get a single coin of my variable pay. Behavior- first three months, you will be a hero, after that, you will know that you are just a worker. HR will respond to you when they really want to talk to you. If you want, then forget it. Full and final settlement- they do this after 90 days. I never had such bad company in my career.
