Everything like politics, career growth, management cunningness, salary/appraisal. Variable bonus there never pay and upon that when you leave they will loot some money from FNF settlement without reason. They are just looters. Unnecessary money deductions are there favorite habbit. They don't have money to pay to lower management but they will hire people with 30-40 years of experience. Its an old age home for them.

... included in your CTC. Salary hike happens once in two years, which is max 10%. Variable Pay- please don't even thing of it. I worked there for 1 year 9 months but did not get a single coin of my variable pay. Behavior- first three months, you will be a hero, after that, you will know that you are just a worker. HR will respond to you when they really want to talk to you. If you want, then forget it. Full and final settlement- they do this after 90 days. I never had such bad company in my career.
