I always ready to pay income tax as Government policy but in my 2 years job period I had exceed income tax paid which was unbelievable and unexpected subject for me. When project is finished in Bangladesh if company have no project in Bangladesh there is no scope to work in other country where Jones Lang LaSalle is working.

Appraisal system should be standardized. One who having good relationship with the management, they will get good hike, remain will not be treated well Salary package should be aligned with market standards.

Too much politics Management does not depoly resources based on skill set but by how much margin they earn per candidate Senior people are engaged in very menial roles if there is no project at hand They say 48 hours work week but never follow

There is lot of politics after completion of project. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. I am part of technical Team so I went for the new project.
