The only thing that is goodnin comparison to average segment of companies is that JLL offers good packages

Everything except the package is worst in JLL there is no life balance in JLL, you can never be a son, a brother, a friend, a husband in your office working hours, moreover the coordination between people's are far worse there is no such concept of supporting each other

Pathetic work, there GL includes funding and check run, reconciliations of these fundings and check run. Waste of time. Managers are unprofessional and political. Bootlickers can survive in this company.

Rules for them are also different than the other employees. In summation, it is the worst MNC - reason being TOXIC CULTURE; HUGE DISCRIMINATION FOR EMPLOYEES IN MANAGER'S EYE, etc.
