Growth is restricted, performance alone will not garantee promotion. Like every organisation this too has its own political structure. To grow you need to understand the power point 🙂.. else you will stay in same place for ages..also little low medical reimbursement for families

I am a part of a team that Project development services -PDS. our company treated all employees like Family members. All my colleagues come form various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. i also like the employee re-hire policy here

Company culture a Overall is good. Salary hike and apraisel bonuses are very well.

Overall Company culture is Good. If we talk about line manager he always keep finding a way to keep team employee moral down and give treat for PIP.

... all you try to do is finish the work in time. Few less promotion opportunities. Comparably low salary package with other companies

The only thing that is goodnin comparison to average segment of companies is that JLL offers good packages

Everything except the package is worst in JLL there is no life balance in JLL, you can never be a son, a brother, a friend, a husband in your office working hours, moreover the coordination between people's are far worse there is no such concept of supporting each other
