...ent and culture. Teammates are not supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are poor, appraisals are fair and they give bad salary hike and bonus not every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Wast field of learning and platform to represent their word individually.

No job security an lack of management system along with staff has to be report thier work direct with the Managing director instead of managers.

The work pressure is very high. some times ,i have to work 18-20 hours in straight in a day and some times late in to night.
