An indian company which has potential to go big but it is lacking due to the leadership(Minus the owners).While the management is quite open and willing,they are being tricked by the functional heads below who are just using the company for their growth(Organically and Inorganically).Culture is too sad for any youngster to grow.Growth happens on perception rather than actual results.Some company policy are good majorly bad.Job security-Owners are good people but convinced by people below them to sack people randomnly in the name of cost cutting.

...s boss culture. Focus on Yes sir people rather than actual hardworking people. Salary less as compared to market NO fun culture Average appraisal for most despite of whatever hardwork

The work life balance is the only thing which is the best in this company

They are not supporting their employees, even in this Covid situation they are deduction the salary.. Terrible and disgusting management.

Likes

The environment is good. Salary on time. Always provide training of products & certification courses for employee's development. Bosses are all good and will support as well. Policies are employees intrinsic. TA bill on till. No issues for a few days' leave.

Dislikes

Growth opportunities are slow as they follow a strict hierarchy. Salary growth is also very slow. No incentives no target achievement. Just 1 or 2 times they launch any policy for incentive in 12 months. No work-life balance.

It's good company which educate yourself for the handle pressure situation and help your self to grow with the company.

...ife , family , etc . No internal growth will be done for employees of 5+ years . Salary expectation is not updated to desire while comparing the same with competition.

... the major brand in Tyre industry. 2) Tyre = Growing and evergreen industry. 3) Good compensation. 4) Good training program. 5) You'll be given a permission to be the owner of your territory. 6) Target pressure. Yes, I'll mention it as a pro because you'll be constantly given a push to reach your target which we all need to achieve it, don't ya think? 7) Recognition 8) Growth opportunities 9) Inventory management and Logistics.

Dislikes

Here are some Cons: 1) Company will change their policy overnight if they sense a sales loss ahead. 2) Exposure support given to the dealers has both pros and cons. Usually the company will restrict as much as possible or will be very strict in offering exposure to the dealers during first weeks of a month but when the month end is nearby, no one bats an eye. 3) Only few major players are present in India's Tyre industry and whenever they increase price, it will either be once in a quarter, halfyearly or yearly but JK increases thrice a month. 4) Politics, Politics & Politics 5) Poor work life balance. JK is your best bet to be if you've decided to stay bachelor your whole life. 6) Often goes the quote around the office, "Just drop the paper if you can't get your job done" 7) No recreational activity.
