It’s a good company for lower management people and top management people. Good increments (only if your terms are good with your bosses). Opportunity to enhance your skills with HR self development program. You get free ground to play with lots of responsibility to perform. If are a hard working guy you will get more work for sure.

Dislikes

Not good for middle management, top management don’t have a vision. They just believe in getting results for today. Too much of politics at senior level due to which the middle management suffers. Only questioning without delegation and authority.
