Company focused on continuous improvement. I think that this company will teach you to work at worst situations and makes you a tough person, they carve you to the best of yourself, I am well confident if you work here you can definitely work at any other tyre industry.

They will offer you high package, incentive, fake work life balance, fabricated best work life balance, will try to brainwash you in the training that jk tyre Desh ka tyre like that, but when you come in the field all are opposite. Accutualy, no body wants to purchase jk tyre but we have to pitch forcefully. Customer are purchasing because of less cost and meanwhile it's quality is very poor. New joinees keep in mind that area manager and regional manager will force you do forcefully billing without the consent of dealers, and you have to control and face dealers angers after force billing. At the end yr don't go for that company yrr.
