I dislike the local management work culture, for small mistakes u will get chargesheet, if you have no job in hand or fresher than you can join, for experience otherwise don't

Parcslity , religious differences in SALARY, only bengali people have scope there, and management is fully corrupted..

Lake of proper profile related training. Work-pay imbalance. Lack of clarity in process-flow

...upportive management . There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
