Proper KRAs won't be told, they do not understand about the potential between people with different qualifications. Even ab MBA student from good B-school can be asked to do a clerical job. This organisation does not care about its employees working in the field under challenging environment. There is no proper guidance and support from anyone. There is no work life balance, no sundays, no holidays, work can last from morning 8 to evening 8. MBA students from good B-school are requested to search for a better alternative.

There is nothing to like about this company. It is horrible and terrible to work in this type of company.

... and no encouragement to the youngsters. We don't find any professionalism here. Moreover, the pay here is very low as compared to wages given to daily labourers.

Compensation is normal growth rate slow. Promotion is for higher level only not for officer level and no value for ur work

compensation is decent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high sometimes.
