This environment fosters an imbalance between work and personal life, further exacerbated by a lack of recognition or appreciation for employees' efforts, resulting in a high-pressure work atmosphere. Additionally, failure to submit travel expenses promptly through the company portal leads to allowance lapses without provision for review or special consideration which leads to pay from their own pocket.

There is nothing to like about this terrible company. Its run by bunch of Lala's. money driven people. do not care about their old employees. they show no dignity and empathy towards hard working Literally "talented" employees.

...f 30% of old employees without notice stating the reason of them being overaged. They forced them to take voluntary retirement without compensation. They changed the retirement rule all of a sudden and asked the employee to leave their company provided residence within 15 days. If you're planning to work their. please practice working under dictatorship coz your Talent, ideas and creativity will not be entertained. Also they are very biased towards Male employees. they dont hire women.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
