The Odisha management is very bad ,they are controlling employees promotion salary increament because they want's to resign employee from their job and want's enroll his relatives like employees. Its happening with many employees and the HR department didn't interfere with this.

Will make you responsible for incidents prior to your joining Will micro manage everything, if your office timing is 10 to 6 they will expect you to sit atleast 7:30 otherwise you are not working Will insult you infront of your junior Will use foul languages for you
