There is not much of a political environment in office as role for every person is defined specifically and major staff is located at the construction site. You get to learn as the volume of the work is high.

Salary policy, Compensation to employees, Employees are treated as machines. Job security is very poor.

It is a growing company in Road, Building projects sector. It has owned lots of machineries & assets. Some of non-technical persons are here who spoil work culture. Managing Director is an amazing person, who cares about employees and workers, but some peoples misguiding him to grow the company's future.
