The company is engaged in Civil and Road construction. They specifically take Govt. Contracts. It is a typical Home run company. The promoters do have a vision to take the company to new heights. There is not much of a political environment in office as role for every person is defined specifically and major staff is located at the construction site. You get to learn as the volume of the work is high.

Dislikes

Salary policy, Compensation to employees, Employees are treated as machines. Job security is very poor.
