Some of higher management employees having ego issues. So that employee growth not satisfactory.This higher management employees not wants organisation growth only required ego satisfaction..

Good work and work place .Environment and culture also good . Team mates and seniors are supportive . Management is transparent in the some case only . Company policies are overall good . They give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow .There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the jon training given to new joinees.

Being a very fast growing organisation, ample opportunities are available to the right candidate. Top management see all the employees with equal eyes and there is no limit for the right candidate as far as development, growth or remuneration is concerned..
