Eligibile candidates have little scope for growth, very less hike is given in appraisal inspite of best performance by employee. All this started from1 year back after sever cost cutting and cost optimisation policy being adopted by company

There is a lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow .There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the jon training given to new joinees.
