There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is no bond in any condition. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...fine. I'm new in this field can't say about career growth but hope for the best. I think salary is not that enough. Politics is not good for the company but the work is. I learned a lot from jk cement. Environment is nice and good for working. Good work life balance. I think there is no innovation.

Teammates are divided. I think self respect is more important for an individual. Working here there is hurt of my self esteem but I'll managed because i like working here. And i like my seniors in same field ie engineering or technical. They are very supportive and always available for me. That's is also reason i like working here. Again i would like to say I'm new in this world of cement i don't know about job security and career growth but i wish and hope for the best. I felt that there is a politics in company which is not good for it. I'm learning but i fell at some point there is no new things to learn. There is threshold point in this field i personally fell that may be I'm wrong. Work environment is good but i feel it's get better when dealers also take interest. Generally some dealers don't take interest in the employee of company who is working for the betterment of dealer or the sales of the company.

Overall very good multi national company. Good environment and providing good salary but incentive and ta allowances are less for off roles.

I don't see growth in this company specially in this customer support field for civil engineers

...s in our life . They don't want the employee they want a robot for the company .There is only one plus point that the salary will be given on time always .

In this company there is no job security .The leaders are treating their employee like a hell and they don't even think for their employee family for a once .They always giving g you a mental and physical pressure and this pressure is rising day by day .They always using abusive languages.I am hiteshi my husband is doing job in this company but I am really fed up with this company culture and especially the bosses ...there is no humanity in any leader .I am not taking the names but the state head of haryana is soo biased and soo bad in nature with by husband .He torture him a lot and when it reaches to high I will definitely doing a complain about him .
