Management gives full attention on their manpower towards their development thru various training and development policies. Top management see all the employees with equal eyes and there is no limit for the right candidate as far as development, growth or remuneration is concerned..

Jk super as a company is good but seniors especially in lucknow are worst i.e Amar porwal and piyush singh...they torture employee every day and out...because of them I suffered physical and mental health issues...not recommended to join Jk super, lucknow.
