Nothing to like for jivo

Dislikes

I went their for interview 2 times for 2 rounds. They ask my salary expectation already before interview. After 2nd round they sad we don't have much budget and offer me the same salary that I was getting same time. The HR of JIVO is so irresponsible and cheep. Don't go their even for interview, they only waste your time nothing much.

...ehavioral in nature. false promises will be made till the work is not completed. HR management is too bad, your salary will be credited to you between the 10 to 20th of every month. your work will never define properly. it does not matter if you hire for xzy post, you have to do what they gave you. Here you can face gender bias. note: working 9:30 hours 7 days of the week for men and for women 9 h, even if you talk with any girls and excitedly laughed at any joke, maybe it will gonna last in company.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't Address our issues Salary is decent but carees growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Have been associated with this organization for more than 6 years now. And like me, more than 70% of employees sitting on managerial positions or as team Heads have been associated with Jivo for more than 7-8 years on average. 50% of the middle level and junior level staff has been associated with Jivo for more than 4-5 years, wherein boarding and lodging facilities are also provided to them by Jivo. Daily lunch is available in one of our gurudwara sahib for PAN Jivo staff irrespective of designation at lunch time. Internal job trainings and training candidates on software's like SAP, Busy, Saral, DSR, Tankhapay, Tally, ERP or on excel, google sheets, calendar management and verbal skills or training sessions on marketing tools like illustrator, abode, photoshop, portals like linkedin, naukri, etc are also imparted in case an employee lacks knowledge on them. The culture of the organization is a hybrid version of Modern and traditional era, not too strict and not too lenient, a happy, warm, peaceful and homely environment in today's fast moving and western world, but offering better, I can say 360 degree learning and growth of process, strategies, skills, dealing and tackling with others in every sphere of an organizational structure.
