Oh! There is nothing which a good employee can adore their. It is an absolutely a hollow institution where the management is just using others as pawns for venting out their own frustration.

...mployees except a few who are favourites are suffering from mental exploitation. They pay salary on the time , appraisal is there but you won't be treated with respect at any level. No logic no reasoning only imposition of thoughts and ideologies. Paper wastage all time high, highly unorganized and mismanaged sueprivisors and principals, all they care is teacher is wearing a saree or not. Silly isn't it? And assembly is a battle ground, teachers are insulted by the owner in front of the students if they don't express themselves as per the owner's wish. They charge the teachers for giving bus service. In short, a school being run by educated illiterates.
